A few of the sustainable strategies that the design team incorporated:

  • Drought-tolerant, zero irrigation landscape design

  • Construction waste reduction and recycling practices, 75% of waste generated was diverted from the landfill

Overall the buildings are 30% more energy efficient than a code baseline building.
